We are in a partnership/Joint venture agreement with Avanceon USA to design, fabricate, and install WHCPs for our clients. Our partner has over 30 years of experience in this field with hundreds of units delivered in the Middle East and Africa.

We can provide Schneider M580 or Emerson Deltav-based design per the client's requirement.

Performing a safety critical function on manned and unmanned platforms, our Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs) are designed for monitoring, controlling, and shutdown of various subsurface and surface valves.

This includes Subsurface Controlled Safety Valves (SCSSV), Surface Safety Valves (SSV), Master Valves (MV), Wing Valves (WV), and other wellhead safety valves (e.g. Choke, ESD, HIPPS) to ensure safe operation. All systems are designed and tailored to suit individual project specifications or client-developed, standardized design philosophies, always incorporating safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

Key features of the design include:

  • High working pressures up to 1379barg / 20000psig
  • Bladder and/or piston accumulators, (PED, ASME VIII Non or “U” stamped, AS 1210)
  • Integral PLC interfaced to platform MCS or autonomous
  • Integral autonomous MCC or interfaced to platform MCC
  • Conventional A.C. 3 phase or 24v D.C. motor/pump assemblies and associated equipment fed from integral Solar Power system with autonomy in the event of ‘no sun-days’

Our WHCPs are available as a standalone unit or integrated as part of a Modular Wellsite Skid


A complete wellsite control and safety process system, all integrated onto a single skid. Including:

  • Wellhead Control Panel with integrated PLC
  • High-integrity Pressure Protection system to protect downstream instruments, and a corrosion inhibitor chemical injection package
  • Flow meter, fully integrated controls, and remote terminal unit for offsite control

Solar Skids

We are in a partnership/Joint venture agreement with Avanceon USA to design, fabricate, and install Solar Air Skids for our clients. Our partner has over 30 years of experience in this field with a few hundred units delivered in the Middle East and Africa.

The panels are deployed to control single and dual string wells and are designed to operate in harsh desert environment conditions. They are built with a hydraulic power unit, ESD/FSD logic control system, and sophisticated instrumentation. The panel is fabricated using Stainless Steel plates and encapsulated the tubing and instrumentation. They come with an emergency shutdown system to ensure the safety of people and assets.

WHCP is supplied with a solar power system that contains 3 main components: Solar modules, Charge regulator (s), and battery bank. Solar modules are assembled on a structure and mounted on top of the panel. It produces DC power and is wired through the charge regulator to charge the battery bank. The system is designed and manufactured following high industry safety standards in all aspects.


Chemical Injection Skid

We are in a partnership/Joint venture agreement with Avanceon USA to design, fabricate, and install Chemical Injection Skids for our clients. Our partner has over 30 years of experience in this field with a few hundred units delivered in the Middle East and Africa.

They can deliver at a fixed pressure or to a required flow rate with closed-loop feedback.

Key features of the design include:

  • Accurate dosing rates from below 0.01 l/min to more than 400 l/min
  • Integral PLC interfaced to platform MCS or autonomous
  • Integral autonomous MCC or interfaced to platform MCC
  • Integrated or standalone tanks, size to suit application
  • HVAC Systems available for low and high ambient temperature environments

We can design and manufacture:

  • Complete dosing and mixing systems, ready to be installed on-site, including regulation device, automation, and control
  • Specially designed dosing pumps corresponding to your requirements for specialized applications
  • Customized agitators and mixers dedicated to your project
