We can provide Schneider M580 or Emerson Deltav-based design per the client's requirement.
Performing a safety critical function on manned and unmanned platforms, our Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs) are designed for monitoring, controlling, and shutdown of various subsurface and surface valves.
This includes Subsurface Controlled Safety Valves (SCSSV), Surface Safety Valves (SSV), Master Valves (MV), Wing Valves (WV), and other wellhead safety valves (e.g. Choke, ESD, HIPPS) to ensure safe operation. All systems are designed and tailored to suit individual project specifications or client-developed, standardized design philosophies, always incorporating safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

Solar Skids
We are in a partnership/Joint venture agreement with Avanceon USA to design, fabricate, and install Solar Air Skids for our clients. Our partner has over 30 years of experience in this field with a few hundred units delivered in the Middle East and Africa.
The panels are deployed to control single and dual string wells and are designed to operate in harsh desert environment conditions. They are built with a hydraulic power unit, ESD/FSD logic control system, and sophisticated instrumentation. The panel is fabricated using Stainless Steel plates and encapsulated the tubing and instrumentation. They come with an emergency shutdown system to ensure the safety of people and assets.
WHCP is supplied with a solar power system that contains 3 main components: Solar modules, Charge regulator (s), and battery bank. Solar modules are assembled on a structure and mounted on top of the panel. It produces DC power and is wired through the charge regulator to charge the battery bank. The system is designed and manufactured following high industry safety standards in all aspects.
Chemical Injection Skid
We are in a partnership/Joint venture agreement with Avanceon USA to design, fabricate, and install Chemical Injection Skids for our clients. Our partner has over 30 years of experience in this field with a few hundred units delivered in the Middle East and Africa.
They can deliver at a fixed pressure or to a required flow rate with closed-loop feedback.
